On October 29, 2006, I was crowned Miss
Burleson 2007. I didn't realize that night how much of an adventure I
was about to embark on. Since that night, the title of Miss Burleson
has been an exciting journey that I know will only get better as the
year goes on. This is my second year to be involved in the Miss Texas
organization and I am so glad that it is the City of Burleson that I
am able to represent!
Being Miss Burleson has allowed me to
be able to get involved with the community through many different
kinds of appearances and volunteer work. But most importantly it has
allowed me to promote my platform, "Changing the Channel: Protecting
Youth from the Harmful Elements of Television.
Please feel free to browse this site.
You will find here more information about me, what I stand for, what
it takes to make a difference, and how you too can be involved in our
children's lives to help them learn to make better choices. I hope you
enjoy the games and pictures that are provided for you here.
If you feel as though this site does
not answer some of the questions you might have, or if you would like
to set up an appearance for me, don't hesitate to contact me or one of
my directors. You'll find all the information you need to do so under
the "Contact" tab. |
